Gabriele Marangoni
Hailing from the culinary heartland of Bologna, Italy, Chef
Gabriele Marangoni’s journey is a testament to his deep-rooted passion
for Italian cuisine. Raised amidst the rich aromas and flavors of his
family’s restaurant, he cultivated an early love for the art of
cooking. After honing his skills across Europe in Austria, Holland,
and France, Chef Marangoni’s culinary odyssey led him back to Italy,
where he refined his craft in esteemed establishments.
In 2014, Chef Marangoni found a new home in New Zealand, where he has
proudly served as the head chef of Pasta & Cuore Restaurant for eight
remarkable years. Alongside his dedicated team, he has garnered a
plethora of accolades, each one a testament to their unwavering
dedication to culinary excellence. Through his innovative techniques
and unwavering commitment to quality, Chef Marangoni continues to
captivate palates and celebrate the rich tradition of Italian cuisine
in every dish he creates.
